🍰 Black Forest
An ode to a very special German dessert. We start with a decadent, rich chocolate granola, baked with ghee and 71% chocolate from our friends at Raaka Chocolate in Brooklyn, New York. We toss it with house-made chocolate oat cake pieces - dense, chewy, and lightly dusted with freeze-dried cherry powder. We then infuse sour cherries with bourbon whiskey from Van Brunt in Brooklyn - yes, you heard that right. Finally, we add in more 71% chocolate pieces that offer naturally fruity notes of dark fruit and cherry, leaving you a lingering velvety finish.
Chai Pear Streusel 🍐
The coziest of flavors. We partnered with Dona Chai in Brooklyn, using their zero-waste chai dust made from the brewing process of their masala chai concentrate.
We start with fresh, local pears, and caramelize it with our grass-fed ghee and honey. We blend it all together, then bake it into our granola for a delicately, buttery baked pear flavor scented with chai spice.
We then toss with crunchy baked pear chips - we could eat this all day.
