Grass-Fed Ghee Butter
Unlike other granolas baked with oils, we bake ours with ghee—the secret behind its rich, buttery flavor. Our ghee begins with butter from grass-fed cows raised on small, sustainable farms with an average herd size of just 35 cows. The butter is slow-cooked to remove milk solids, creating a golden ghee that’s lactose-free, nutrient-dense, and easier to digest. Perfect for baking, it infuses every batch of our granola with a deep, toasty flavor you can taste in every bite.
Real Ground Vanilla Beans
We only use real ground vanilla beans—never synthetic flavorings like “vanillin.” Our vanilla is warm, nutty, and naturally aromatic because it comes straight from the source. We work with Singing Dog Vanilla, whose Fair Trade Plus+ program ensures their Indonesian farmers share in the profits they help create.
Dried Sour Cherries
These cherries are grown and dried in Michigan, where cool summers and rich soil produce a bold, tangy flavor. They’re gently dried to retain their natural tartness—adding a chewy burst of brightness in every handful.
