If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products in its original, unopened packaging for a refund within 7 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, and we issue a $25 restocking fee. We cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.
When issuing a return, please email us at hello@jamies-farm.com with a list of items that you are returning, as well as the tracking number. Failure to do this may result in issues with processing a refund.
If a package is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
