Our chai granola recipe has the perfect amount of spice, thanks to our friends Dona, a tea company in Brooklyn, NY. After they brew their award-winning masala chai concentrates, they grind the steeped spices to an aromatic dust. We bake the upcycled spices into our granola with ghee, allowing the flavors of cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger shine in every bite.

At Jamie's Farm, we love working with small businesses and local producers. So when Amy from Dona asked Jamie if we wanted to make a chai granola, it was a no brainer. A chai granola, made from a blend of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom that would otherwise have been thrown away. With warm spices and the buttery taste of ghee, this granola has quickly become a fan favorite.
