What makes our granola so good?!
This award-winning recipe is crafted for the sophisticated palate—subtly sweet, lightly savory, and perfectly balanced.
Grass-Fed Ghee Butter
Our ghee starts with butter from grass-fed cows raised on small, sustainable farms with average herds of 35 cows. The butter is slow-cooked to remove milk solids, resulting in a rich, golden ghee that's high in essential nutrients, easier to digest, and perfect for baking. The result? A deep, toasty, buttery flavor you can taste in every bite of our granola.
Fresh rosemary leaves
We only use fresh rosemary leaves—not dried—to gently infuse our granola. The result is a bright, uplifting herbal flavor that’s elegant and soft, never overpowering, with subtle notes reminiscent of lemon that cut through the sweetness of the honey and perfectly balance each bite.
Currants
Contrary to what you might think, dried currants don't come from currants. Zante currants are small, dried grapes named after the Greek island of Zakynthos (also called Zante). They’re like a refined, tart cousin of the raisin—sweet, chewy, and packed with flavor.
