Pumpkin Pie with Toasted Pecans
Inspired by a warm pumpkin pie, this rich, buttery granola perfectly captures the essence of fall with aromatic spices and the rich crunch of toasted pecans. Delicious on yogurt, scooped onto ice cream, paired with milk, or eaten on its own as a snack.
We love experimenting with new flavors, but we were honestly hesitant to do pumpkin spice like everyone else. But when a beloved customer asked us for a pumpkin spice flavor, we decided to give it a shot. And we're glad we did.
We chose to name this pumpkin pie, because it's more delectable than your typical pumpkin spice. The buttery pecans add an extra oomph to the mix, and well, we're pretty blown away by the result.
