Grass-Fed Ghee Butter
Unlike other granolas baked with oils, we bake ours with ghee—the secret behind its rich, buttery flavor. Our ghee begins with butter from grass-fed cows raised on small, sustainable farms with an average herd size of just 35 cows. The butter is slow-cooked to remove milk solids, creating a golden ghee that’s lactose-free, nutrient-dense, and easier to digest. Perfect for baking, it infuses every batch of our granola with a deep, toasty flavor you can taste in every bite.
Organic maple syrup
We sweeten our granola with Grade A organic maple syrup, sourced from a family producer in Lyon Mountain, New York. This late-season syrup has a bold maple flavor with rich notes of caramel and brown sugar. Using this grade ensures the maple truly shines through in our granola, adding depth and warmth without overpowering.
pecans
Our pecans come from family-run growers in Texas. We use their buttery Pawnee variety—lighter in color, higher in natural oils, and full of rich, nutty flavor. Grown, shelled, and packaged in Texas, these pecans add the perfect crunch to our granola.
