Grass-Fed Ghee Butter
Unlike other granolas baked with oils, we bake ours with ghee—the secret behind its rich, buttery flavor. Our ghee begins with butter from grass-fed cows raised on small, sustainable farms with an average herd size of just 35 cows. The butter is slow-cooked to remove milk solids, creating a golden ghee that’s lactose-free, nutrient-dense, and easier to digest. Perfect for baking, it infuses every batch of our granola with a deep, toasty flavor you can taste in every bite.
Upcycled chai spice
We use upcycled chai dust from Dona, a local tea company in Brooklyn. The spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom—left behind after brewing their award-winning masala chai concentrates—gets new life in our granola, adding warmth, depth, and plenty of flavor.

We sweeten our granola with organic honey. Its natural floral notes add depth and warmth, softening the zing of chai spices into a gentle sweetness that complements the rich ghee and lets every flavor shine.
