Jamie’s Farm Authorized Reseller & Quality Policy

1. Authorized Sales Channels Only resellers specifically authorized by Jamie’s Farm in writing (“Authorized Resellers”) are permitted to sell Jamie’s Farm products. Sales on third-party online marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, and eBay) by unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibition of Retail Arbitrage Jamie’s Farm products are intended for sale to end-consumers for personal use only. Purchasing products from retail brick-and-mortar locations or from Jamie's Farm promotional sales for the purpose of commercial resale on digital marketplaces is strictly prohibited. We do not authorize the resale of items sourced through clearance or "off-price" retail channels.

3. Quality Control & Consumer Safety To ensure the integrity and freshness of Jamie’s Farm products, we require all Authorized Resellers to adhere to strict storage and handling guidelines. Products purchased from unauthorized sources (such as retail clearance racks) are considered "materially different" because they have been removed from our controlled supply chain and are not subject to our quality control audits.

4. Limited Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee Jamie’s Farm provides a satisfaction guarantee and limited warranty on products purchased only from Jamie’s Farm or its Authorized Resellers.

• The Jamie’s Farm Warranty is non-transferable. * Any product sold by an unauthorized reseller (including those sourced via retail arbitrage) is sold "as-is" and is not covered by our consumer protection policies, freshness guarantees, or return windows.

5. Intellectual Property The use of Jamie’s Farm trademarks, logos, and copyrighted imagery is granted only to Authorized Resellers. Unauthorized use of our brand assets to sell products on third-party sites—especially when the product lacks an official manufacturer's warranty—constitutes trademark infringement and brand dilution.
