Real Ground Vanilla Beans
We only use real ground vanilla beans—never synthetic flavorings like “vanillin.” Our vanilla is warm, nutty, and naturally aromatic because it comes straight from the source. We work with Singing Dog Vanilla, whose Fair Trade Plus+ program ensures their Indonesian farmers share in the profits they help create.
71% Dark Chocolate
We source our chocolate from Raaka, a Brooklyn craft maker known for its transparent trade and unroasted cacao. Their 71% dark chocolate is made with beans from Zorzal Cacao, a remarkable farm nestled within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic. The result: a deep, dark, and subtly fruity chocolate that celebrates both flavor and biodiversity.
