A showstopping dish to brighten any summer table. Zesty lime-kissed strawberries topped with creamy Greek yogurt, honey, and crunchy vanilla bean granola. It’s a creative, refreshing twist on classic strawberry shortcake—perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lime (zest + juice)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2–3 tbsp raw honey
  • Jamie's Farm Vanilla Bean Granola

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the sliced strawberries in a single layer on a serving plate.

  2. Drizzle with fresh lime juice, sprinkle with lime zest and a pinch of sea salt.

  3. Add a dollop of greek yogurt to the center. Drizzle generously with raw honey.

  4. Finish with a handful of vanilla bean granola for crunch.
