Pomegranate Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding
Indulge in a rich and creamy treat that’s as nourishing as it is decadent! This Pomegranate Chocolate Chia Pudding combines the velvety goodness of coconut milk with the tart sweetness of pomegranate juice, topped off with the perfect crunch of our seasonal, limited-batch Pomegranate Dark Chocolate Granola.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup canned coconut milk
- ¼ cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Jamie’s Farm Pomegranate Chocolate Granola
- Yogurt, to top
- Pomegranate seeds
Preparation:
- In a medium sized jar or container, whisk together the canned coconut milk, pomegranate juice, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir in the chia seeds.
- Allow the chia seeds to sit for 15 minutes, stir again, and then cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours up to overnight.
- Serve the chia pudding with Jamie’s Farm Pomegranate Chocolate Granola, a scoop of yogurt, and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
