Origin Story
We've been making Chocolate Strawberry Granola since the inception of our brand. It's always been one of top sellers, and rightfully so!
The two key ingredients, dark chocolate and strawberries, pair exceptionally well. We use 71% dark chocolate from Raaka, a local chocolatier in Red Hook, Brooklyn. They're known for their chocolate made from sustainably sourced, unroasted cacao. Their signature 71% comes from a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic.
We appreciate the stories and the care given to each ingredient. So for this granola, we bake it at low temperatures to ensure that we maintain the integrity of the chocolate, the star of the show.
